Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. If your order consists of several partial shipments – for example because it contains both individually printed print-on-demand items and items from our own shipping – the withdrawal period begins only upon receipt of the last partial shipment.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using our withdrawal function at feedthemhope.com/widerruf-formular.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion / lapse of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal also applies to items printed individually for you using print-on-demand production. These are not goods manufactured to consumer specifications or clearly personalised within the meaning of Sec. 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, since you merely select from pre-defined options provided by us (e.g. design, size, colour) rather than commissioning the production of an individually designed item that we could not otherwise put to use. You are therefore entitled to the right of withdrawal described above in full for these items as well.
