Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop at feedthemhope.com/shop.

1. Scope
These Terms apply to the sale of goods via feedthemhope.com by Akovic, Zöllner, Vonnemann u. Holthaus GbR, Grünstr. 25, 45525 Hattingen, Germany (“we”/“us”), and apply exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). We do not recognise deviating terms of the customer unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in our shop does not constitute a binding offer on our part, but a non-binding invitation to the customer to submit an offer. By clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button at the end of the ordering process, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation, which we send automatically to the email address provided by the customer immediately after the ordering process has been completed. We do not issue a separate, later declaration of acceptance.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices stated are final prices. In accordance with Sec. 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is shown. In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs apply; their amount is shown to the customer in the checkout summary before the order is placed.
4. Payment
Payment is processed via the payment provider PayPal. Customers may pay using an existing PayPal account or by credit or debit card without needing a PayPal account (guest checkout). PayPal's own terms of use apply in addition.
5. Delivery
The estimated delivery time is stated separately for each product, as we offer both print-on-demand items (produced individually for the customer and shipped by our production partner) and items from our own stock (shipped by us directly). If an order contains items from both categories, delivery is made in separate partial shipments at the respective stated delivery times. Customers do not incur any additional shipping costs as a result of such a partial delivery compared with a combined delivery.
6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our separate right of withdrawal notice, available at feedthemhope.com/widerruf, which is provided for review before every order is placed.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. We do not limit the statutory warranty vis-à-vis consumers.
9. Dispute resolution
In accordance with Sec. 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG), we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If the customer has their habitual residence in another country, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected by this choice of law.
11. Contract language
The language available for concluding the contract is German. These Terms are also provided in an English version for the convenience of our international customers. In the event of any discrepancy between the versions, the German version is authoritative, as our company is established in Germany and subject to German law.
